School. School. School. Classes are very different. We dont' change classrooms and there are no decorations at all around the whole room. Classes are 45 minutes, and if we have double periods they are way too long. A lot of the time the teacher never shows up. They are studying things that we did in the 7th grade and the beginning of 8th. The teaching style is not very interesting, they stand at the front of the room and lecture. We sometimes go to the library during class, so we can do work from GFS. We have a lot to do! Eduardo (the English teacher who is in charge of us) said we can skip around to different classes and go to work if we need. We also get to help him teach English. That is so much fun!
Everyone still loves to surround us where ever we go. No personal space. It's fun though. As I walk around people keep calling out, "Hola Eva!"
This Friday we don't have school b/c of Valentines day. We have a disco on Friday and after that we have a surprise party for Melanie (another GFS student). Ssssshhhh....don't tell!
Now I'm watching a soccer game Mexico vs. USA. The score is 0-0. If USA loses, I'm sure it'll be rubbed in later. :) Tell you how it goes!
